Hi; I had to write a quick review to tell you all how great the Customer Service is at New England Inn & Resort gift card center. Krissy was so helpful and responsive when I had emailed them that my gc got lost in xmas wrapping paper. Not only did she go out of her way to get a replacement one in the mail but also honored the "promotional" gc special they were running in December. Thank you all very much for your outstanding customer service!

I stumbled across this site a couple of years ago looking for a Christmas gift for my son and daughter in law. They both work really hard and love to take get aways to decompress. I took a chance and purchased a Gift Certificate for them. Well, I am happy to say they loved it! I finally found a gift they both love and will use.
